Products

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, slight variations in embroidery, stitching, placement, or sizing may occur. These variations are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

Customization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, initials, names, and selections prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for any errors submitted at checkout.

Processing & Shipping

All orders require a processing period prior to shipment. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

As each item is made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
